As one of six designers on the team, I worked on developing the mobile design system, designed an end-to-end blood pressure & weight management app, and worked on a multitude of other projects ranging from improving Forward's electronic health record (EHR) platform to designing marketing assets.
I also worked on designing and developing the user experience for Forward’s CarePods, which were self-serve clinics that could conduct screenings and run a multitude of diagnostic tests including blood testing and blood pressure measurements. Given the novelty of the interface, a human sized touch screen and a collection of different sensors, it was integral to design a healthcare experience that was intuitive, accessible and deeply informative.
Key achievements include:
Developed the first "fully closed domain" health app model that determined the function and design language of all Forward's health apps
Developed three end-to-end health apps: Blood Pressure Management, Weight Management, and Cardiovascular Health App
Designed a key CarePod interface and user interaction component that allowed the clinic to collect vital patient data
